Information is used to deliver coaching, process orders, reply to inquiries, prevent spam, and operate the website. FK Physique does not sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by checkout providers such as Stripe; they receive only what is needed to complete payment.

How long we keep it

Contact messages, orders, and coaching records are kept as long as needed to deliver the service, meet tax or legal requirements, or resolve a dispute. You can email us to ask what we hold or to request a correction.
